What is this LONG fellow's name? (Snake?)

Does anyone know the name of this LONG fellow that appeared in these Al Parker movies? For some reason that is not clear to me I THINK he went by the name "Snake" (but I could be completely off). Does anyone know the name of the films he appeared in? Links? Clips?
