This was short lived television show called ACTION about a guy (Jay Mohr) trying to become the next Jerry Brucheimer. One of the running gags in the show is that he needs money from his ex-wife's new husband BOBBY G. who is gay and who is constantly showing off his GIANT COCK to intimidate people. Supposedly this character was based on Barry Diller. Whether Barry has a big dick in real life I do not know. If the actor who plays BOBBY G. looks familiar you may have seen him in the "Pirates of the Caribbean" movies. The scene happens at the 18:20 minute mark.
